This article highlights the theoretical and pedagogical foundations of developing future teachers’ 4K competencies within a digital educational environment. In the modern education system of the twenty-first century, the formation of creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration competencies is considered one of the priority directions in teacher training. The study analyzes the role of digital technologies, electronic educational platforms, multimedia tools, and interactive teaching methods in improving the professional competence of future teachers.
The article also substantiates the pedagogical potential of the digital educational environment, the effectiveness of innovative educational approaches, and the significance of 4K competencies in pedagogical activity. Particular attention is paid to project-based learning, problem-based education, interactive methods, and distance learning technologies as important means of competency development. The findings of the study have theoretical and practical significance for improving professional teacher training and developing a modern digital pedagogical environment.
