PREVENTION OF PROFESSIONAL STRESS IN EDUCATORS AND ITS CORRECTION

The article examines the causes of professional stress in pedagogues and the factors that cause stress. The causes and levels of emotional stress are considered. The factors that affect the development of emotional stress are analyzed. The results of the survey conducted with teachers are explained. The directions for the correction of professional stress in teachers are suggested.
