СОЦИАЛЬНО-ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ПОСТРОЕНИЯ НАРОДНОГО И ГУМАННОГО ГОСУДАРСТВА В НОВОМ УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

В статье подчёркивается, что на нынешнем новом этапе развития нашей страны важной задачей является совершенствование системы государственного управления, которая должна быть компактной, профессиональной, отвечающей потребностям нашего народа, справедливой и высоко эффективной. В этом отношении за прошедший период накоплен достаточный опыт, и в дальнейшем будут реализованы следующие организационно-правовые меры. Цель — создать все условия для того, чтобы государственное управление стало основой управления нашим обществом.
