THE SOCIO-POLITICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF BUILDING A PEOPLE'S AND HUMANE STATE IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

The article emphasizes that at the current new stage of our national development, an important task is to improve the system of state administration that is compact, professional, meets the requirements of our people, is fair, and serves high efficiency. In this regard, we have accumulated sufficient experience in the past period and will implement the following organizational and legal measures in the future. The goal is to create all the conditions for public administration to become the mainstay of our society's control.
