In the evolution of the discovery of methods for studying Beruni’s rare worldview, his ideas put forward by him in his unusually accurate scientific works, 3 most important scientific and personal feats were accomplished by prof. E. Zahau, Prof. A.Z.V. Togan (end of the 19th century - in the 1st half of the 20th century, in Western Europe) and academicians Kh.M.Abdullaev, V.Y.Zakhidov on the “Beruniev Boom” in history sciences that led to a miraculous “breakthrough of the armor” of totalitarianism in its historical homeland - in Uzbekistan, i.e. in 1949-1957.
Research into the scientific heritage of Abu Raikhan Beruni had 3 aspects-directions: 1) the development of new research, analytical and generalizing conclusions on the unique scientific and philosophical ideas, heritage, way of thinking of Beruni and his scientific methods; 2) In the discovery of Beruni’s ideas, heritage, way of thinking and new methods, the phenomenal approaches and courage of Prof. played a decisive role. E. Zahau, their complete and adequate scientific and source study establishment and bringing them to the attention of all mankind - the personal, civil and scientific courage of Prof. A. Z. V. Togan - “World Boom Beruni”; 3) Enjoying the harmony of ideas, heritage, way of thinking and scientific methods of Beruni, with his inherent spirit of modernity, show the significance of the personal and scientific exploits of academicians H.M. Abdullaev, V.Yu. Zakhidov and break through the “steel armor” of the former Soviet authoritarian, communist system and Soviet ideology in Beruni’s homeland.
However, at the international conference dedicated to his 1050th anniversary of his birth in September 2023, instead of posing the topic in such a modern, scientific-creative, new theoretical and methodologically adequate key, as in former times, in the direction of official totalitarianism, it was drawn up and the “Prospect Program” was distributed, without involving representatives - full-fledged specialists on the topic, that is, without providing the scientific diction of the editorial commission so necessary by international standards.
The analytical study of A. Zahidi clearly and convincingly shows that according to the study of Beruni, even during the period of independence of Uzbekistan, there is no new approach to the study, interpretation and assessment of his heritage, especially the main reason why the philosophical and methodological level cannot be a priority is the fact that complete decommunization and de-Sovietization were not carried out, even the basic methodological requirements put forward by the first president of Uzbekistan, academician I.A. Karimov, are sabotaged, the obvious non-novelty of the formulation of the topic, the directions of the conference, the vulgar sociological and Marxist interpretation, old and incorrect approaches are substantiated , misleading the scientific community at the last international Beruni conference.
It is pointed out that these shortcomings of the Beruni conference should be eliminated as wisely as possible and should be carried out worthy of the honor of a thinker.
