ISSUES OF USE OF LABOR RESOURCES IN SIRDARYA REGION (IN THE EXAMPLE OF THE 70-80S OF THE XX CENTURY)
Abstract
In this article, issues of the use of labor resources in the Syrdarya region are studied using the example of the 70-80s of the 20th century. The article scientifically analyzes a number of shortcomings in the distribution of labor resources during the period of the former Union. In particular, it was revealed that the economy was completely derailed as a result of the lack of a clear system and territorial policy in the economic and socio-cultural development, as a result of the breakdown of the economy management system in general, and this situation had a negative impact on the life and lifestyle of the people of Syrdarya region. It is scientifically substantiated by an analysis of sources that thanks to independence, the government paid attention to the use of labor resources in the Syrdarya region, and the fact that people’s living conditions are improving.
