DEVELOPMENT OF CRAFT CENTERS IN CENTRAL ASIA IN THE LATE MIDDLE AGES

In this article, the development of handicrafts in the Central Asian khanates, the scientific study of the state of cities and their trade relations, the comprehensive scientific analysis of the factors that influenced the development of internal and external trade relations and development in historical and logical consistency were highlighted. In the cities of Central Asia, the place of representatives of such industries as paper and stationery makers, bakers, cooks of sheep's heads, sellers of fried fish, yakhnapaz who prepares a special type of meat soup - yaksha, and confectioners is high in this period. Has been The article compares the equivalents of the names of some things and fields with the help of examples taken from specific historical works. In explaining the content of the article, we closely refer to the works of historical figures, including the scientific information written by scientists such as Khasankhoja Nisari, R.G. Mukminova, P.I. Demezon, Mahmud ibn Vali, F. Skibin, F. Yefremov, N. Muravyov.
