APPLICATION OF ANCIENT METROLOGY AND CHRONOLOGY OF THE PEOPLE OF CENTRAL ASIA IN DAILY LIFE

Recently, interest in studying the history of the peoples of Central Asia has increased. Publications on the history of the nation, its political, economic and social life, including various aspects of science and culture, began to appear in scientific literature. The study of the history of science and technology also aroused interest in historical metrology and chronology. In the article, due to the political, economic and social changes in the life of the people in the past centuries, folk metrology and chronology gradually became undemanding, but some of its units and measurements have been preserved in the life and culture of the people until this time, and sometimes they are used in colloquial speech and in the daily life of local residents of these areas. application is described, as well as suggestions and recommendations are developed.
