INTERETHNIC ISSUES OF SAIRAM UNDER THE SOVIET REGIME

Abstract

Forced collectivization and colonial policy under the guise of water and land reforms of the Soviet government led to interethnic clashes.This was a clash between local peasants and Russian peasants settled in the Sairam district of Turkestan by the tsarist Empire and then by the Soviets. This article examines in detail the period of collectivization of collective farms as well as the repression of Sayram noble people and clergy. Analyzing archival documents, copies of Transcripts on the basis of these documents, Water and land reforms are highlighted. The result of which was the eviction of Russian peasants who forcibly settled in the village of Podgorny, Belovodskaya volost, which once belonged to Uzbek populations.And also their complaints about the Central Executive Bodies of the Soviet government to Kalinin.
