This article examines the educational value of libraries for English Language Learners (ELs). Libraries support ELs in their language learning process by providing them with a variety of learning materials, free language courses, modern technological resources, and interactive activities. They also provide ELs with a comfortable and inclusive environment, providing opportunities for independent learning and social interaction. The article analyzes the positive impact of libraries on the English language learning process and their role in developing ELs’ knowledge and communication skills.
