STUDY OF JOINT SYNDROME AND CENTRAL HEMODYNAMIC DISORDERS IN THE COMORBID COURSE OF GOUT
Keywords:

Gout is not only an inflammatory disease of the joints, but also causes serious problems in the cardiovascular system. The specificity of the disease is associated with hyperuricemia, characterized by the accumulation of sodium urate crystals in various tissues and the inflammatory processes that develop in them. Studies show that patients with gout have a high risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, in particular, arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, heart failure and atherosclerosis. This risk is further increased by metabolic syndrome and an imbalance in the immune system. Identifying the relationship between gout and cardiovascular diseases and improving treatment methods is an urgent scientific issue.
