O‘PKA EXINOKOKKOZI JARROHLIGIDA ENDOVIZUAL TEXNOLOGIYALARNING IMKONIYATLARI

O‘pka exinokokkozi endemik hududlarda muhim klinik va ijtimoiy muammo bo‘lib qolmoqda. Ushbu tadqiqotda o‘pka exinokokkozi bilan davolangan 114 bemor holati qiyosiy tahlil qilingan: 55 holatda an’anaviy keng torakotomiya va 59 holatda videotorakoskopik jarrohlik amaliyoti o‘tkazilgan. Baholangan natijalar operatsiya vaqtidagi ko‘rsatkichlar, operatsiyadan keyingi og‘riq, asoratlar, kasalxonada yotish muddati va kasallikning qayta yuzaga chiqishini o‘z ichiga olgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, videotorakoskopik operatsiya sezilarli darajada kamroq asoratlar, yengilroq og‘riq va tezroq tuzalish bilan ajralib turadi. Ushbu xulosalar kam invaziv usullarni keng joriy etish o‘pka exinokokk kasalligini jarrohlik yo‘li bilan davolash natijalarini yaxshilashini tasdiqlaydi.
