ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ЭНДОВИЗУАЛЬНЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В ХИРУРГИИ ЛЕГОЧНОГО ЭХИНОКОККОЗА

Эхинококкоз легких остается важной клинической и общественной проблемой в эндемических регионах. В данном исследовании представлен сравнительный анализ 114 пациентов, пролеченных по поводу эхинококкоза легких: в 55 случаях проведена традиционная широкая торакотомия и 59 случаях видеоторакоскопическая операция. Оцененные исходы включали интраоперационные параметры, послеоперационную боль, осложнения, продолжительность пребывания в стационаре и рецидив заболевания. Результаты показали, что видеоторакоскопическая операция характеризутся с значительно меньшим количеством осложнений, меньшей болью и более быстрым выздоровлением. Эти выводы подтверждают, что более широкое внедрение малоинвазивных методов улучшает исходы хирургического лечения эхинококковой болезни легких.
