IFLOSLANISH DARAJASI YUQORI BO‘LGAN HUDUDLARDA MAKTAB YOSHIDAGI BOLALARNING MIKROELEMENT STATUSI MIOPIYANING BASHORATCHISI SIFATIDA

Atrof-muhitning ifloslanishi bolalar salomatligiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatib, organizmning nospetsifik rezistentligini pasaytiruvchi omil hisoblanadi [1]. Bu esa tibbiyotda yangi yo‘nalish - "ekologik pediatriya"ning shakllanishiga asos bo‘ldi. Erta yoshdagi bolalarda ekologik dezadaptatsiya sindromi [2] tasvirlangan bo‘lib, u uzoq yashirin davr bilan tavsiflanadi, bu esa erta etiologik tashxisni murakkablashtiradi. Biosferaning texnogen ifloslanishi mikroelementozlar - mikroelementlar muvozanatining buzilishi bilan bog‘liq patologik holatlarning ko‘payishiga olib keladi. Mikroelementozlarning patogenezida og‘ir metallarning antagonistlari bo‘lgan kimyoviy elementlarning nomutanosibligi muhim rol o‘ynaydi [3]. Qo‘rg‘oshin - rux, kadmiy - rux, qo‘rg‘oshin - selen, qo‘rg‘oshin - yod bug‘lari eng mashhur. Ushbu mikroelementlar immun va endokrin tizimlarga turli yo‘nalishlarda ta’sir ko‘rsatadi [4]. Essensial va toksik mikroelementlar har bir hududning geokimyoviy fonining tarkibiy qismidir [5,6]. Barqaror konsentratsiya va nisbatlarda og‘ir metallarning organizmga zaharli ta’siri neytrallanadi. Biroq, texnogen ifloslanish mikroelementlar fonining organizm uchun odatiy parametrlarining o‘zgarishiga olib keladi, bu esa fermentativ tizimlarning ishlashini buzadi va immunologik va endokrin disfunksiyalarni, shu jumladan qalqonsimon bez patologiyasini keltirib chiqaradi. [7,8]. Mikroelement holatini miopiyaning prediktori sifatida o‘rganishning dolzarbligi ekologik noqulay hududlardagi bolalarda endokrin buzilishlarni erta tashxislash va oldini olish zarurati bilan bog‘liq. Bolalar salomatligiga ta’sir qiluvchi asosiy omillardan biri mikroelementlar holati bo‘lib, u metabolik jarayonlar, immun va endokrin tizimlarni tartibga solishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. [9,10]. Atrof-muhitning ifloslanish darajasi yuqori bo‘lgan Mo‘ynoq, Qonliko‘l, Chimboy, Qorao‘zak, Xo‘jayli, Ellikqala tumanlari va Nukus shahri kabi hududlarda yashovchi bolalarning mikroelement tarkibini o‘rganish alohida dolzarblik kasb etadi [11].
