Surunkali kolostaz (surunkali kologen zapor) koloproktologiya va abdominal jarrohlikning eng murakkab muammolaridan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda. Kasallikning uzoq davom etishi, konservativ davolashga past javob berishi hamda yo‘g‘on ichak motor-evakuator funksiyasining turli darajada buzilishi ushbu patologiyaning klinik ahamiyatini belgilaydi. Surunkali kolostazni jarrohlik yo‘li bilan davolashda bemorlarni to‘g‘ri tanlash va operatsiyadan oldingi ko‘p bosqichli funksional baholash muhim ahamiyatga ega, chunki aynan noto‘g‘ri tanlov va yetarli bo‘lmagan diagnostika noxush natijalarning asosiy sabablaridan hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada 2023–2025 yillarga oid zamonaviy adabiyotlar asosida jarrohlik davolashdan keyingi qoniqarsiz natijalar xavf omillari tahlil qilingan, erta va kechki asoratlarni oldini olish masalalari yoritilgan hamda operatsiyadan keyingi davrda bemorlar hayot sifatini yaxshilashga qaratilgan amaliy yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvlar taklif etilgan.
