REDUKTSION MAMMAPLASTIKA AMALIYOTIDA SUT BEZLARINING QON BILAN TA’MINLANISHINI ULTRATOVUSH DUPLEKS SKANERLASH ORQALI O‘RGANISH

Sut bezi hajmining oshishi — gipertrofiyasi — patologik jarayonlarsiz sut bezi to‘qimasi xajmining ortishi bilan kechadi va ko‘pincha reduktsion mammaplastikani talab qiladi. Jarrohlik amaliyotining xavfsiz o’tishi ko’krak uchi-areola kompleksining qon bilan ta’minlanishini saqlashga bog‘liq. Mazkur tadqiqotda sut bezi gipertrofiyasi mavjud 50 nafar bemorlar jarrohlik amaliyotidan oldin ko’krak uchi-areola kompleksining qon bilan ta’minlanishini baholash uchun ultratovush dupleks skanerlash tekshiruvidan o’tkazildi. Qon tomir arxitekturasi bir xil emasligi, bezlar orasida assimetriya mavjudligi hamda eng barqaror zona sifatida medial qon tomiri oyoqchasi zonasi ekanligi aniqlandi. Ushbu usulning qo‘llanilishi ko’krak uchi-areola kompleksida nekroz xavfini 1% gacha kamayishiga, dermoglandulyar oyoqchani individual tanlashga va reduktsion mammaplastika jarayonini xavfsiz o‘tkazishga imkon yaratdi.
