Terapiyaning asosiy maqsadi qondagi siydik kislotasi darajasini normal chegaralarda ushlab turish va bemorlarning hayot sifatini yaxshilashdir. Bunga terapevtik parhezga rioya qilish va uratni kamaytiradigan dorilarni qabul qilish orqali erishiladi. Maqolada statsionar va ambulatoriya sharoitida bemorlarni boshqarish tahlili ma'lumotlari keltirilgan.
