CORRECTION OF COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS IN CHRONIC CEREBRAL AMBULTATOR SHAROITIDA MİYA ISEMIYASIDAGI KOGNITİV BUZISHLARNI DAVOLASH

Surunkali miya ishemiyasi (SMI) bilan og'rigan bemorlarda ambulatoriya sharoitida NeuroAid II dorivor o'simliklar to'plami bilan terapiyaning samaradorligi va xavfsizligini o'rganish.
46-74 yoshdagi (o'rtacha yoshi 60,1±3,2 yil) 65 nafar bemor tekshirildi. Barcha bemorlarda SMI tashxisi klinik va neyrovizual usullari bilan tasdiqlangan. 1-guruhdagi bemorlar (n=37) asosiy terapiya va NeuroAid II dorivor o'simliklar to'plami bilan, 2-guruh bemorlari (n=28) faqat asosiy terapiya oldilar. Terapiya paytida 1-guruhdagi bemorlarda kognitiv funktsiyaning statistik jihatdan sezilarli yaxshilanishi, depressiya va tashvish belgilarining og'irligi va asteniya namoyon bo'lishining pasayishi kuzatildi. Davolash yaxshi tolerantlik, noxush hodisalarning yo'qligi va dori vositalarining o'zaro ta'siri holatlari bilan ajralib turardi. Surunkali miya ishemiyasi bo'lgan bemorlarda ambulatoriya sharoitida NeuroAid II dorivor o'simliklar to'plami bilan terapiya SMI ning asosiy klinik ko'rinishlarini engillashtiradi va yaxshi bardoshlilik va xavfsizlik bilan ajralib turadi.
