КОМПЛЕКСНЫЙ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКИЙ ПОДХОД БОЛЬНЫМ С ВЕНТРАЛЬНОЙ ГРЫЖЕЙ И МОРБИДНЫМ ОЖИРЕНИЕМ

Цель исследования — улучшение лечения вентральных грыж у пациентов с морбидным ожирением через оптимизацию выбора метода герниопластики и улучшение предоперационной подготовки. В исследование включены 121 пациент, оперированный в хирургическом отделении 1-й клиники СамГМУ в период с 2012 по 2021 год. Использование усовершенствованного пневмобандажа улучшило предоперационную подготовку, снизив риск внутрибрюшной гипертензии после герниопластики и ускорив восстановление. Частота послеоперационных внеабдоминальных осложнений снизилась с 7,4% до 4,5%, а общая частота осложнений уменьшилась с 14,8% до 8,9% (р=0,045). Также сократились сроки операции и реабилитации после гернио- и абдоминопластики.
