Maqolada til o‘rganish muhitida Fenomenga asoslangan ta’lim yondashuvini qo‘llash orqali til o‘rganuvchilarining yuqori darajadagi kognitiv kompetensiyalarini shakllantirish va rivojlantirish bo‘yicha uslubiy tavsiyalar berilgan va yuqori darajadagi kognitiv kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishning asosiy bosqichlari ko‘rsatilgan. Bloom taksonomiyasi darajalariga mos keladigan tahlil qilish, baholash va ijodkorlik qobiliyatlarini shakllantirishga qaratilgan. Shuningdek, u yuqorida ko'rsatilgan kompetensiyalarning rivojlanishini qayd etishga yordam beradigan HOCC kognitiv o'sish jurnalining tarkibiy qismlari bilan tanishtiradi va izohlaydi.
