This article aims to study the realities of "national dishes" and analyze their historical context. National dishes, through their preparation methods, ingredients, and consumption customs, reflect the lifestyle, values, and historical experiences of their people. The article, through regional linguocultural analysis, also explores the differences in Uzbek national dishes across various regions, the relationships between their names and preparation methods. This helps to provide detailed information about the rich and diverse heritage of Uzbek cuisine and its place in the global culinary landscape.
