Bachadon bo‘yni kasalliklarini tashxislash va davolashda zamonaviy yutuqlarga erishilganiga qaramay, uning patologiyasi ham nazariy tibbiyot, ham amaliy ginekologiya uchun asosiy muammo bo‘lib qolmoqda. Bachadon bo‘yni saratoni bilan og‘rigan bemorlar soni o‘sishda davom etmoqda va shuning uchun bu muammoning dolzarbligi alohida ahamiyatga ega. Bachadon bo‘yni saratoni rivojlanishining sabablaridan biri bu yuqori onkogen tipdagi inson papilloma viruslaridir. Maqolada inson papillomavirusi bilan birga kechuvchi bachadon bo‘yni intraepitelial neoplaziyaning klinik-morfologik xususiyatlari muhokama qilingan. Taqdim etilgan materialda Inson papillomavirusi bilan kechuvchi servikal intraepitelial neoplaziya bor ayollarda yuzaga keladigan klinik o‘zgarishlar, ularning kechish xarakteri, ularning kelib chiqish sabablari aks ettirilgan.
