O'TKIR MIOKARD INFARKTIDAN KEKSA ODAMLARNING KASALLANISHI VA O'LIMI: RETROSPEKTIV EPIDEMIOLOGIK TADQIQOT NATIJALARI

Orqaga nazar tashlaydigan bo'lsak, 2015 yildan beri yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari butun dunyo bo'ylab o'limning asosiy sababidir. Shunday qilib, JSST ma'lumotlariga ko'ra, 2012 yilda 17,5 million kishi yurak-qon tomir kasalliklaridan vafot etdi, bu dunyodagi o'limlarning 31 foizini tashkil etdi. Ularning 7,4 millioni koronar arteriya kasalligidan vafot etdi. YuIKyurak-qon tomir kasalliklari bo'yicha aholining murojaatlari tarkibida 26,6% va kattalar aholisining kasallanish tarkibida 20,1% ni tashkil qiladi. Koroner yurak kasalligining tarqalishi yoshga qarab keskin oshadi-45-54 yoshdagi 2-5% dan 65-74 yoshdagi 11-20% gacha; koronar arteriya kasalligida o'lim darajasi -3,02%, miokard infarktida – kasalxonadan chiqqanlar sonining 4,5%. Keksa va qari yoshdagi bemorlarda oim bilan kasallanish va o'lim tarqalishining epidemiologiyasi, ayniqsa O'zbekiston mintaqalarida nisbatan kam o'rganilgan.
