ЗАБОЛЕВАЕМОСТЬ И СМЕРТНОСТЬ ПОЖИЛЫХ ЛЮДЕЙ ОТ ОСТРОГО ИНФАРКТА МИОКАРДА: РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ РЕТРОСПЕКТИВНОГО ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ

Оглядываясь назад, можно сказать, что с 2015 года сердечно-сосудистые заболевания являются основной причиной смертности во всем мире. Так, по данным ВОЗ, в 2012 году от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний умерло 17,5 миллиона человек, что составило 31% от общего числа смертей в мире. Из этого числа 7,4 миллиона человек умерли от ишемической болезни сердца. ИБС составляет 26,6% в структуре обращений населения по поводу сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и 20,1% в структуре заболеваемости взрослого населения. Распространенность ишемической болезни сердца резко возрастает с возрастом - с 2-5% в возрасте 45-54 лет до 11-20% в возрасте 65-74 лет; летальность при ишемической болезни сердца -3,02%, при инфаркте миокарда – 4,5% от числа выписавшихся из больниц. Эпидемиология распространенности заболеваемости и смертности от ОИМ у пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста изучена относительно недостаточно, особенно в регионах Узбекистана.
