Olingan natijalarga asoslanib, perinatal o‘limni kamaytirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi. Ular skrining tizimini takomillashtirish, prenatal UTT va doppler tekshiruvlariga kirish imkoniyatini kengaytirish, yuqori xavfli homilador ayollarni perinatal markazlarga yo‘naltirish, birlamchi tibbiy yordamni kuchaytirish hamda reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollar uchun ma’rifiy dasturlarni amalga oshirishni o‘z ichiga oladi. Shuningdek, xavf guruhlarini aniqlash algoritmlari, monitoring ko‘rsatkichlari va viloyatning shahar hamda qishloq hududlarida profilaktik dasturlarni amalga oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy model taklif etilgan.
