Abstract

Based on the findings, a set of clinically and organizationally grounded recommendations has been developed to reduce perinatal mortality. These include refinement of screening strategies, expansion of access to prenatal ultrasound and Doppler diagnostics, structured referral pathways for high-risk pregnancies, strengthening of primary healthcare services, and implementation of targeted educational programs for women of reproductive age. The article also outlines risk stratification algorithms, monitoring indicators, and practical models for implementing preventive strategies in both urban and rural settings of the Samarkand region.
