Homilador ayollar orasida stomatologik kasalliklar keng tarqalgan bo‘lib, bu holat gormonal, immunologik va xulq-atvor o‘zgarishlari bilan bog‘liq. Ushbu maqolada homiladorlik davrida karies, gingivit va parodontitning oldini olishga qaratilgan zamonaviy usullar bo‘yicha tizimli meta-tahlil taqdim etilgan. 2015–2024 yillar davomida chop etilgan 5 642 nafar ishtirokchini qamrab olgan 27 ta tasodifiy nazoratli tadqiqot tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, professional og‘iz gigiyenasi, ovqatlanish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar, homiladorlikdan oldin va uning davomida og‘iz bo‘shlig‘ini sanitariya qilish, ftoridli vositalar va probiotiklardan foydalanish kabilarni o‘z ichiga olgan kompleks profilaktik yondashuvlar yuqori samaradorlikka ega.
