ПРОФИЛАКТИКА СТОМАТОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ У БЕРЕМЕННЫХ: МЕТА-АНАЛИЗ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ПОДХОДОВ

Стоматологические заболевания у беременных женщин — распространённая проблема, обусловленная гормональными, иммунными и поведенческими изменениями. В статье представлен систематический мета-анализ современных методов профилактики кариеса, гингивита и пародонтита в период гестации. Проведён обзор 27 рандомизированных контролируемых исследований (n = 5 642), опубликованных с 2015 по 2024 гг. Результаты подтверждают высокую эффективность комплексных вмешательств, включающих профессиональную гигиену, диетические рекомендации, санацию полости рта до и во время беременности, а также применение фторидсодержащих средств и пробиотиков.
