Maqsad: qisman tish yetishmovchiligi bo‘lgan katta yoshdagi bemorlarni qisman olib qo’yiladigan protezlar (QOQP) yordamida davolashning klinik samaradorligini meta-tahlil asosida baholash. Materiallar va usullar: 2000–2024 yillar oralig‘ida PubMed, Cochrane Library va Scopus ma’lumotlar bazalarida tizimli izlanishlar o‘tkazildi. Meta-tahlilga jami 1985 nafar bemor qamrab olingan 18 ta tadqiqot kiritildi. DerSimonian-Laird usulidagi tasodifiy ta’sirlar modeli qo‘llanildi. Natijalar: QOQPlar chaynash samaradorligini sezilarli darajada yaxshilagan (SMD: 0.62; 95% ishonch oraliği: 0.39–0.85; p < 0.001) hamda hayot sifatining oshishini ta’minlagan (OHIP-14 bo‘yicha o‘rtacha kamayish: –9.2 ball; 95% IO: –12.1 dan –6.3 gacha). Akril protezlar bilan bog‘liq asoratlar darajasi yuqori bo‘lgan. Bugel (metal skeletli) QOQPlar klinik va subyektiv ko‘rsatkichlar bo‘yicha eng yaxshi natijalarni ko‘rsatgan. Xulosa: Qarshi ko‘rsatmalar bo‘lmagan hollarda bugel protezlar afzal hisoblanadi. Akril protezlar vaqtincha yechim sifatida tavsiya etiladi.
