ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ВЗРОСЛЫХ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ЧАСТИЧНОЙ БЕЗЗУБОСТЬЮ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ЧАСТИЧНЫХ СЪЁМНЫХ ПРОТЕЗОВ: МЕТА-АНАЛИЗ

Цель работы. Оценить клиническую эффективность использования частичных съёмных протезов (ЧСП) у взрослых пациентов с частичной беззубостью на основании мета-анализа. Материалы и методы. Проведен систематический поиск в базах PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus за период 2000-2024 гг. В мета-анализ включены 18 исследований с 1985 пациентами. Использовалась модель случайных эффектов DerSimonian-Laird. Результаты. ЧСП показали значительное улучшение жевательной эффективности (SMD: 0,62 – 95% CI: 0,39-0,85, p<0,001) и качества жизни (среднее снижение OHIP-14: -9,2 пункта, 95% CI: -12,1-6,3). Частота осложнений была выше при использовании акриловых протезов. Бюгельные ЧСП показали лучшие клинические и субъективные показатели. Заключение. Бюгельные протезы предпочтительнее при отсутствии противопоказаний. Акриловые протезы рекомендуется применять в качестве временных конструкций.
