СПОРТДА ҚОМАТ ГИГИEНАСИ: ЯККАКУРАШЧИ БОЛАЛАРДА ҚОМАТ БУЗИЛИШИНИНГ ОЛДИНИ ОЛИШ

. Мақолада яккакураш спорти билан шуғулланувчи болалар ва ўсмирларнинг қоматини тўғри шакллантиришга қаратилган замонавий ёндашувлар таҳлил қилинади. Ёш спортчиларда қомат бузилишларининг асосий сабаблари ва шаклланиш механизмлари тавсифлаб берилган. Буларга асимметрик юкламалар, машғулот тартибининг бузилиши, машқларни етарли даражада тўғриламаслик ва спорт гигиенасига эътиборсизлик каби омиллар киради. Мақолада қомат бузилишларини эрта аниқлаш усуллари таҳлил қилинган бўлиб, улар қаторига клиник кўриклар, инструментал текширувлар ҳамда қоматни назорат қилиш учун мўлжалланган мобил иловалар ва нейрон тармоқлар каби инновацион технологиялар киради. Шунингдек, профилактиканинг гигиеник тамойиллари батафсил кўриб чиқилган бўлиб, уларга машғулотларни оқилона режалаштириш, мувозанатловчи машқларни киритиш, қоматни мунтазам назорат қилиш ва мутахассисларнинг ўзаро ҳамкорлиги каби жиҳатлар киради. Ушбу иш спорт амалиётида қомат бузилишларининг олдини олиш ва тузатишга нисбатан комплекс ёндашувнинг муҳимлигини ёритади. Бунда ота-оналар, мураббийлар ва тиббиёт мутахассисларининг ролларига алоҳида эътибор қаратилган.
