ОРХОЕПИДИДИМИТНИНГ ДЕСТРУКТИВ ШАКЛЛАРИДА ФОТОДИНАМИК ТЕРАПИЯНИНГ САМАРАДОРЛИГИ

Орхоепидидимит-бу мояк ва унинг ортиғининг яллиғланиш касаллиги бўлиб, у хўппоз шаклланишига, бупуштликка ва жарроҳлик аралашувига олиб келиши мумкин. Фотосенсибилизаторлар ва маълум тўлқин узунлигидаги нурлардан фойдаланишга асосланган ФДТ аниқ микробларга қарши ва яллиғланишга қарши таъсирга ега. Қоғоз комплекс терапияда ФДТдан фойдаланишнинг клиник ҳолатларини таҳлил қилади, яллиғланишни бартараф етиш, тўқималарни тиклаш ва асорат кўрсаткичларини анъанавий даволаш усуллари билан таққослайди. Натижалар шуни кўрсатадики, ФДТ яллиғланишнинг тезроқ регрессиясига ёрдам беради, жарроҳлик аралашувлар частотасини камайтиради ва ёрғоқ органларининг функционал ҳолатини яхшилайди. Ушбу мақола ёрғоқнинг яллиғланиш касалликлари бўлган беморларни комплекс даволашда фотодинамик терапия самарадорлигини ўрганиш ва таҳлил қилишга бағишланган.
