ЛИТЕРАТУРНЫЙ ОБЗОР ПО ТЕМЕ “БИПОЛЯРНОЕ АФФЕКТИВНОЕ РАССТРОЙСТВО 2-ГО ТИПА: ПСИХОПАТОЛОГИЯ, МЕТОДЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ”

Данная статья представляет собой обзор литературы, целью которого было собрать информацию о современных подходах к диагностике и, в частности, терапии биполярного аффективного расстройства (БАР) II типа. БАР II остается недостаточно изученным заболеванием с точки зрения подходов к лечению. В последние годы список препаратов для лечения БАР расширился и изменились терапевтические подходы, особенно для депрессивных фаз. Однако научно обоснованные исследования эффективности лекарственных средств в основном касаются БАР I типа, тогда как для БАР II типа они практически отсутствуют. В связи с этим, при изучении эффективности лекарственных средств в лечении БАР II типа, необходима работа не только специалистов-психиатров, но и клинических фармакологов, терапевтов, неврологов, с учётом индивидуальных особенностей пациентов с БАР II типа.
