СРАВНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ОЦЕНКА МЕТОДОВ РЕГИСТРАЦИИ ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОГО СООТНОШЕНИЯ ПРИ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИИ ПОЛНОГО СЪЕМНОГО ПРОТЕЗА: НАУЧНЫЙ ОБЗОР

Цель настоящего обзора заключается в сравнительном анализе основных методов регистрации центрального соотношения (ЦС) при изготовлении полного съемного зубного протеза, а также в оценке их клинической надежности и воспроизводимости. Анализ литературы был выполнен на основе современных клинических исследований и экспертных консенсусов. Полученные данные демонстрируют, что такие методики, как бимануальная манипуляция, направляющая фиксация подбородка, графическая регистрация «готической дуги» и использование различных материалов для записи ЦС, различаются по точности и стабильности. В большинстве публикаций бимануальная манипуляция рассматривается как наиболее надежный клинический метод. Стандартизация алгоритмов и обоснованный выбор регистрационных материалов являются ключевыми условиями для повышения точности регистрации ЦС. Обзор освещает существующие дискуссии и предлагает научно обоснованные рекомендации для практикующих врачей.
