THE MOTIVATION OF STUDENT VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES

The development of volunteerism is an important component of the youth policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The establishment of spiritual and moral values in society, the education of a person who is aware not only of his/her rights but also of his/her responsibilities can be successfully realized through the volunteer movement. The potential for using and motivating volunteerism can be seen in two aspects: the impact of youth volunteering on modern society and the impact of volunteerism on the personality of a young person engaged in professional activities.

The study was conducted at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek at the Faculty of Social Sciences among students of the direction Social Work. The survey was conducted from March to April 2018.
The survey was conducted in May 2018 in three universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan NUUz, SamDU, FerDU in the direction Social work. 100 people interviewed.
