PARADIGM OF DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL SOCIETY IN UZBEKISTAN IN THE GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT

The article analyzes the problems of civil society in the field of socio-political science, studies the object and conditions for the development of civil society in Uzbekistan, the general patterns of improving the legal culture of citizens, as well as factors of a subjective, historical and logical nature. The system of development of civil society in our country, personality, social and state relations, modern utilitarian goals are presented in fragmented and discrete manner.
The article also examines the influence and role of civil society in international politics and its development in the context of globalization, paradigms, institutions and factors of development of civil society. The author compares eastern and western views on the development of civil society institutions. The role of civil society institutions, political party unions and the media is also mentioned.
