EXAMPLE OF HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT: BASIC CONCEPTS AND LAWS

This article reflects the concept of human capital, its study based on the case method, basic concepts and legalization, the development of human capital based on the case method, conclusions about social capital.
The development of human capital is the basis for the development of social capital in our country, along with improving the living conditions of the population and improving the quality of life. Social capital plays an important role in the social development of the state. Also, social capital is the result of individual socialization of a person.
The main task of developing the resource component of human capital is to preserve and strengthen the positive connection with the social environment, reduce or eliminate the negative side, and systematically develop the potential of the individual and the team. Socio-cultural and economic-political differences in society have a unique impact on the individual and are reflected in public opinion.
The article also contains various interpretations of the concept of "Business" for the development of human capital, the development of the individual, and the development of society.
