ANALYSIS OF PARADIGMS RELATED TO THE TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIAL CONSCIOUSNESS IN SOCIOLOGICAL TEACHINGS

The article studies the transformation of public consciousness and its main forms, which is due to the possibility of applying and using modern mechanisms for organizing socio-political relations and management without “mass alienation”. The article scientifically proves that the transformation of social institutions is no less important than political reforms, therefore, the study and improvement on this basis of the factors of transformation of social institutions, in particular public consciousness, has a great influence on the development of a new system of social relations in the new Uzbekistan. In addition, the article also identifies factors for expanding the level of citizen participation in social, political, spiritual relations, strengthening the civic position (the main motive of public consciousness).
