An analysis of its relationship with the welfare of young people is made. Based on statistical open data, a secondary analysis of access to information was carried out as one of the indicators for determining the welfare of young people. The influence of language knowledge on the level of access to information, as well as the consequences of information overload, have been studied. The current trends of Uzbek youth and the population as a whole in obtaining information and various social services through online platforms are analyzed.
