EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CASE MANAGEMENT METHOD IN PROVIDING SOCIAL SERVICES TO FAMILIES AT RISK AND THEIR CHILDREN

This article empirically and theoretically analyzes the “case management” method of providing effective, comprehensive, if necessary, individual social services to families at risk who need social protection and do not have the opportunity, skills, knowledge or resources to apply it. In the role of a social worker-case manager, the stages of establishing a relationship with a client, assessing needs, developing a service plan, providing developed social services, and assessing effectiveness are classified based on the function of the case manager. It also describes the practical relevance of the models used by the social worker. The article is intended to effectively serve the practical use of «Inson» social service centers by social workers.
