The fragmentation of the socio-institutional environment, that is, the lack of systematic exchange of information and social control between the school, district of residence, family and internal security agencies, is one of the central factors that determine the sociological dynamics of juvenile delinquency. This article analyzes the main factors influencing the increase in juvenile delinquency. The research comprehensively examines factors such as problems within the family environment, the insufficient effectiveness of preventive measures in educational institutions, and socio-economic inequality. Based on statistical data, sociological surveys, and scientific sources, the author evaluates the interrelation and dynamics of these factors. The article substantiates the need to strengthen preventive measures, modernize the education and upbringing system, and reinforce the institution of the family in order to reduce juvenile delinquency.
