PRACTICE OF SOCIAL PREVENTION OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY IN CIS COUNTRIES

The implementation of social prevention of juvenile delinquency in the CIS countries occurs not only within the framework of the legal system, but also at the intersection of a wide range of socio-structural and cultural factors. For an in-depth analysis of this problem from a sociological point of view, it is necessary to assess it on the basis of the approaches of modern sociology - in particular, the sociology of social structure, institutions and lifestyle. The practice of preventing juvenile delinquency in the CIS countries in many cases relies on administrative and supervisory approaches inherited from the post-Soviet heritage. This article analyzes crimes committed by minors in the Commonwealth of Independent States and the mechanisms for implementing social prevention measures to prevent them.
