SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVITIES OF CHARISMATIC INDIVIDUALS IN THE SPHERE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The changing picture of the modern world determines the ambiguity of public perception of
outstanding or charismatic personalities. An insufficiently studied and fully disclosed problem of
modern science is the existence of charismatic personalities: the causes, ways of displaying charisma
in a person, and the catalysts of this process. At the same time, the study of charismatic identity makes
it possible to highlight possible areas of activity of a charismatic personality and, consequently, to
anticipate the consequences of charismatic activity and the algorithm of behavior of its sources. For
the above reasons, a person with a charismatic status is of great interest to science, which led to the
study of this problem
