Abstract

Currently, globalization is taking place in the world, which is gradually changing, which is increasingly dragging the world of humanity into its trap, penetrating into its life, affecting its national culture and spirituality. In this article, in the modern era of globalization, the content and essence of the state policy towards youth aimed at training competitive young personnel and specialists capable of meeting the requirements of the time are scientifically highlighted. Legal documents reflecting the basic principles and objectives of developed countries in the field of youth policy, as well as measures and strategies in this direction, are also analyzed. Youth policy also provides suggestions and recommendations for the development of youth social capital.
