MECHANISMS OF MUTUAL COOPERATION BETWEEN STATE AUTHORITY AND CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS IN SOLVING PROBLEMS IN THE SOCIO-CULTURAL FIELD

Abstract

Modern practice of human rights organizations has shown that the formation of effective mechanisms of interaction between the state and civil society is an extremely complex task. According to experts, significant successes of economically developed countries in building a state are largely due to effective interaction, cooperation of government bodies and civil society institutions. In the modern world, effective interaction of government bodies and civil society institutions is actively used by both countries with highly developed economies (Great Britain, Germany, Canada, the USA, Finland, France, Switzerland, etc.) and a number of rapidly growing countries, including Australia, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, etc. The article focuses on the fact that civil society should take an active part in socio-political events taking place in our country, express its opinion and make proposals, participate in their solution, and, first of all, form a political culture. The author also notes that during the transition from one system to another, civil society institutions began to decrease. The only structure that develops society, according to the author, are non-governmental organizations. They are the ones who shape citizens as appropriate members of society who have the right to make informed decisions.
