GENDER SOCIOLOGY: THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN SOCIETY

Abstract

The article presents a sociological analysis and interpretation of the problem of women's social status and functions in the context of deepening democratic reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan. We see that the socially oriented policy pursued by the head of our state provides our women with the necessary opportunities to live a truly happy life, to secure their rights and freedoms, to grow intellectually and spiritually, and to fulfill professional and family responsibilities. In this regard, the article considers the current sociological problem of increasing the socio-political activity of women, strengthening their role in the management of the state and society.

In the article we see that the well-being of women, their level of longevity is a priority in relations between the state, society and the individual, creating a favorable environment for education, ensuring a healthy continuity of generations. In our society, the importance of women's spiritual and cultural education in restoring family traditions, traditions and values is reflected in the fact that they instill in girls a sense of loyalty and participation in ongoing reforms.
