PROCESSES OF TRANSFORMATION IN THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL CONSCIOUSNESS IN SOCIETY DURING GLOBALIZATION (A synergistic approach)

The article examines social institutions in society, in particular, social consciousness, changes in the activities of its forms, definitions based on different views on the process of their transformation, the influence of social consciousness and changes characteristic of its forms on state and public administration. The inevitability of globalization as a cause of social, political and spiritual changes, primarily its impact on changes in social relations, has been scientifically studied. It is assumed that the issue of uniting citizens on the basis of common goals should be studied as a continuous process. A synergetic approach to the process is used, that is, the possibilities and conditions for a positive impact on the public consciousness of citizens during unification.
