ETHNOCULTURAL INTEGRATION TRENDS OF THE SOCIAL MOBILITY PARADIGM

Quantitative and qualitative indicators of ethnocultural changes in the paradigm of social mobility depend on the influence of objective conditions and subjective factors that determine it, as well as the division of mechanisms leading the process, tools and results to internal and external micro and macro levels. But this dependence is conditional and relative. Therefore, in the process of modern global integration, there is a need to improve the mechanisms for foreign migrants to get used to the stereotypes of the new society, to find points of mutual convergence, and to integrate national and cultural values that will be acceptable. both sides, and create “adaptation potential” in them, create theoretical and methodological foundations for these processes.
