In this article, the main goal of the state, society, social relations between citizens, the formation of social services, the Democratic legal state of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the construction of a civil society, as well as the implementation of reconstruction, is the comprehensive development, well-being of a person, his driving force. The most important characteristic aspect of the democratic legal state and civil society is that the interaction between people and the state is ensured by reforms, large and small measures, social opinions, views, interests of citizens in the implementation of the established tasks are brought to the forefront, which means that Social Research is regularly carried out on the above-listed things, our staff, it is especially reflected that specialties that are engaged in social activity and its organization have practical social knowledge, qualifications and skills.
