CONCEPTS OF GENDER RESEARCH IN ANALYSIS OF THE DYNAMICS OF SOCIAL MOBILITY

In the context of developing social life, political changes and the strengthening of the human rights paradigm, the category of social justice, which implies respect for human rights and the elimination of all types of discrimination, including gender, is becoming increasingly relevant. The article analyzes the prerequisites for the development of gender studies in line with the human rights paradigm, as well as the active development of the movement for gender equality. The author provides an analysis of foreign studies of social mobility, including the study of gender differences, which until the end of the twentieth century mainly affected the mobility of men, excluding the mobility of women. Modern gender studies are based on studying not only the fact of gender differences and gaps, but also the interpretation and explanation of the construction of a system of functioning of social roles in society that determine the essence of gender relations.
